Work
Dr. Mandell is a Research Fellow at CSR. He was formerly NASA liaison to TSGC and CSR as well as the Manager of NASA Mars/Moon Exploration Programs (EXPO,1991-1992). He is past president of The University of Texas Ex-Students' Association. Dr. Mandell's specialties are large program management, cultural change, systems engineering, and cost analysis.
